HORSE POWER WEEKEND REGISTRATION FORM

September 13 & 14, 2025 at Lindsay Exhibition Grounds

Please Read Our Rules & Regulations

1. Registration must be in prior to September 1st, 2025 - Limited Space is available!!

2. Show management will notify you of your truck/tractor acceptance.

3. The day of the event truck exhibitors MUST be on the ground between 7AM & 9AM Sept 13, 2025.

4. No in/outs during the show.

5. Exhibitor judging is ballot based done by public voting.

6. Alcohol is not permitted on the show grounds.

7. Camping forms are required by September 10th 2025. Show & Shine exhibitors will have no exhibitor fees. Non-exhibitor camping fees are $70 (which includes admission for both days)

8. NO use of personal ATVs/UTVs, motorized mini bikes, golf carts and/or bicycles. Mobility scooters are permitted anywhere on the grounds.

9. No excessive noise and generators must be off by 11pm.

10. NO DOGS/PETS (with the exception of service animals) For safety of people and livestock.

11. Campfires, fireworks and flying lanterns are prohibited within the LEX fairgrounds.

12. Any abuse, verbal or otherwise, of security or LEX staff is stricly prohibited.
